Buzz is that Powerstar's much-anticipated Jalsa has been postponed. According to our sources, the film now might be released on April 2nd. Due to some technical reasons, the film was postponed from the original plan of releasing it on - March 27th or 28th.

Also the postproduction work that includes some part of Digital Intermediate has taken more time. In order to avoid the last minute rush and worry, the producer Allu Aravind is said to be in favor of releasing it on April 2nd. Moreover, in that way, the film will get long weekend to cash in on the great openings.

Jalsa, which has been making all the buzz for long time, is going to set ALLRECORDS as it is releasing with highest number of prints (nearly 400 prints) and record number of theatres are booked for it.

It was Sachin Tendulkar's great idea to make Mahendra Singh Dhoni captain of India'a one-day team, BCCI president Sharad Pawar disclosed on Friday. After Rahul Dravid had stepped down, Tendulkar asked Pawar to hand over the reigns to Dhoni, who had an excellent relation with the team.

Today there is another leak and ths time it is not on the internet but it is on tv. Yes !!!!! a popular telugu news channel leaked the basic story of Jalsa movie which has Pawan Kalyan, Ileana, Parvathi Melton and Kamalini Mukerjee in lead roles. What are the makers of Jalsa movie doing??? Are they sleeping???? there was an audio leak, then a video leak and now story leak. Whats happening????? What else will be leaked before the actual movie release?????

The story goes like this:

Pawan Kalyan alias Sanjay is a college student who first falls in love with Kamalini Mukerjee. But for some reason she cheats or ditches him and walks away from his life. From then on Pawan goes on tellling everybody, both boys and girls not to love anybody. But he meets Ileana in college and falls in love with her.

Here enters Parvathi Melton who also loves Pawan an doesnt like him going around with Ileana. She goes and reports Ileana’s love matter to Illi’s Father. Obviously father turns angry an asks his daughter not to talk to the her

But our man is the hero, so he directly goes to the heroine house and tells her father that he is going to stay there in his house for some time to show him how much he loves his daughter. What happens next should be seen on the screen… In-between there will be few fight sequences and song sequences in the movie.

But if this leaked story is to be believed (which i personally dont believe) then guys don’t u find 1st half resembling Manmathudu and 2nd half resembling Bommarillu.

If Jalsa movie really has this story then i am little doubtful about its success because the audience cannot see Bommarillu repeating before their eyes with just a different hero….. What do u all say guys?????

Pawan Kalyan's JALSA is undoubtedly the most anticipated and talked about film. Coming in the combination of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas, the film is packing up with excellent entertainment. Audio of the film that released recently is on the top of the charts. Expectations are only increasing with each special snippet coming out about the film. The latest we hear is that voice over (voice in the background) in the film is done by none other than Mahesh Babu. If this is true, then it is truly sensational. And those dialogs are also very powerful. Ofcourse, coming from the pen of Trivikram, one cannot expect anything less. If sources are to be believed, the dialogs that are narrated by Mahesh are kind of related to a war and winner.

Of late, there is news making circles that Jalsa is postponed to April 4th. However, that is not true and the film is all gearing up to hit the screens on 28th of March, is what we hear. There is some part pending with Pawan Kalyan's dubbing and that seems to be completed today. And the film will go to the censor very shortly. The wait will be over in another 2 weeks.

MALAYSIA (espnstar.com) - India were crowned champions of the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup in Malaysia after beating South Africa in a thrilling final.

Set a revised target of 116 to win from 25 overs after the second innings was reduced because of rain, South Africa needed 26 runs from the remaining two overs but despite the best efforts of captain Wayne Parnell and wicketkeeper Bradley Barnes, the junior Proteas fell just 12 runs short.

In truth, India bowled and fielded very well in the closing stages and really starved the South Africa batsmen to the point where they had to take undue risks with shots and running. It was a mature performance by coach Dav Whatmore’s boys.

This is India’s second U/19 CWC title and the large crowd that packed into Kinrara Oval was overwhelmingly shouting for the winning side, getting more and more vociferous as the evening progressed. Dozens of India flags fluttered around the ground in support of the team with the 6,000 or so fans enjoying the festive atmosphere.

In the end they nearly descended into delirium as a smiling Virat Kohli accepted the cup from ICC President Ray Mali and lifted it above his head as the confetti fell from the stormy KL sky. His side was probably the most consistent during this tournament and with its talent, application and team spirit there can be no doubt the title was fully deserved.

But the runner-up must not be forgotten – South Africa contributed hugely to the success of the tournament and helped to make the final so enthralling.

One of the abiding memories of this U/19 CWC will be the fielding of the South Africa team. SA Englebrecht, Rilee Rossouw, Jon-Jon Smuts, ’keeper Barnes and others could easily hold their own in the South Africa senior side from a fielding perspective and between them they must have saved at least 40 or 50 runs in the final.

And the brightest star in that particular galaxy is Englebrecht. Coach Ray Jennings reckons he is the best fielder of his age in the world and based on his performances in the U/19 CWC, it would be difficult to construct a counter-argument.

At cover-point, he is this side’s version of Jonty Rhodes, stopping anything that comes within about a mile of him and on Sunday he clung on to two more spectacular catches to add to his collection and, more importantly, to dismiss top scorer Tanmay Srivastava and captain Virat Kohli, not to mention the running out of Iqbal Abdullah.

From behind the stumps Barnes took three smart grabs and also effected the run out of Saurabh Tiwary as South Africa managed to reduce India to 159 all out in the 46th over. Only Srivastava (46) looked comfortable against the SA attack with Parnell (2-21), Matthew Arnold (2-30), Mohammad Vallie (2-33) and Roy Adams (2-38) all making an impact.

But things did not go South Africa’s way when it was its turn to bat. Man of the match Ajitesh Argal bowled beautifully first up for India and removed Pieter Malan and Rilee Rossouw with just six runs on the board.

Man of the match from the semi-final Jon-Jon Smuts was then run out and SA found itself at 17-3 when the rain came.

When they resumed, things did not improve for South Africa as it lost wickets at crucial moments during the chase. That said, Reeza Hendricks (35), Barnes (19) and the impressive Parnell (29) almost got the junior Proteas home but ultimately it was to be India’s day.
